Packaging plays a large part in the process of fitting shutters, fortunately nearly all of it is recyclable and we are able to dispose of it in the most environmentally thoughtful way.

At your house, we unbox the shutters and we sort all packaging in to 3 categories for recycling cardboard, polystyrene and plastic. The packaging is returned to our vehicle and transported to our local recycling centre at Printwaste.

Stratford Shutters partner with Printwaste, to ensure all 3 types of packaging is recycled. Any plastic that is not recyclable we pay Printwaste to convert into electricity.

We are also partnering with The Heart of England Forest, an exciting and ambitious charity.

We are working to help them towards their target of reversing centuries of woodland decline by creating a magnificent 30,000 acre broadleaf forest for the benefit of the environment, wildlife and people of Warwickshire.

So for every sale we make, we donate to help support tomorrow’s great native woodland, located here in the heart of England.
