We are proud to be a small independent company serving Stratford and South Warwickshire. We work hard to make sure that you enjoy buying shutters and that you are delighted when they are fitted. We don't do hundreds of orders like the big companies so every one of our clients is special to us. We take personal responsibility to provide you with the best service we can. We don’t employ sales people, or surveyors or fitters. Every step of your shutter journey, from initial contact, to the big day when they are fitted, is carried out by either Bruce or Rowenna.

Because we do all the processes personally it means we are better at designing, measuring and fitting and you don't get a series of different people coming to your home. We are personally responsible for every step and we do not cut corners to make things cheaper or easier for ourselves.
We do what is right for you.

We're honest and straightforward in our pricing. We are not afraid to give prices over the phone because we know the price will be competitive. We don’t do “hard sell” and we don’t do “phoney sales”. We always give our best price first, in writing, and encourage you to take as much time as you need. Once you have all the information you need we will leave you in peace. It's our belief that you are best placed to decide what is right for you, so we will never chase or pester you.

We like to chat about shutters and if you invite us to your home we will arrive on time and treat you and your property with respect. We will bring proper sized samples of panels and frames so you can really get a feel for what shutters will do for you and we will give you a written price there and then.
